Guidelines for the 2026–27 session
Admission Guidelines
- Admission forms will be available from the first week of November every year.
- The Admission Form fee is ₹200/-.
- The following documents (photocopies) must be submitted along with the admission form:
- Birth Certificate and Aadhaar Card
- Transfer Certificate from the last school attended, with PEN (for KG-I to Class VII)
- Recent passport-size photographs of the student (3 copies)
- Recent passport-size photographs of parents/guardians (2 copies), along with their Aadhaar Cards
- Caste Certificate (SC / ST / OBC / MOBC) — to be produced at the time of admission
- Blood Group Certificate
- In case of a legal guardian, an authentic certificate along with an undertaking must be provided
Note: Original documents must be produced at the time of admission for verification.
Attendance
- As per CBSE norms, a minimum of 75% attendance is mandatory to be eligible to appear in the Annual Examination.
- Prior intimation is required for all leave requests. Strict action will be taken against students who remain absent for more than three consecutive days without informing the school.
- For medical leave, a medical certificate must be submitted.
- Absence from school during social functions should be avoided.
- Students suffering from infectious diseases must produce a medical fitness certificate from a competent authority before resuming classes.
- Absence without prior information will be considered unauthorised and treated as absent.
Duration of Leave for Common Illnesses
- Cholera: until complete recovery
- Mumps: until swelling subsides
- Viral Fever: one week
- Typhoid: twenty-one days
- Conjunctivitis: until complete recovery
